HOW TO USE

1. Clean the surface dry, free of dust, oil, debris, seagrass and coating materials.
2. In case of adhesive. To glue a bar or placemats.
3. In case of a grout adhesive. Should be wide The depth of not less than 10 mm should be used adhesive paper to seal the two joints before firing. At least 1 hour passed. Then remove the adhesive.
4. When filling grout full. Must be smooth within 10-30 minutes.
5. Wipe up the excess with sponge. Or a cloth moistened with water 48-72 hours before use.

Water Plug Cement

Preparation Procedure

1. Surface must be clean and structurally sound and remove all dirt and loos material. Chip the crack to at least 1 cm. depth  then cleaning and saturate the surface with water before plugging with mortar.
2. Mix TPI M800 with clean water at the ratio 4:1
3. Rapidly mix all together well and it should it should be used within 3 minutes.

Avoid reuse the hardened cement mixture.

Remark: When mixing 1 kg of water plug (TPI M800) with the ratio water volume amount is 500 cm²

 Application

• In case of repairing active water leakage, place the TPI M680  Mixture in your   hand until cement begin to setting then apply it in the  leaking region and keep pressing for 3-4 minutes and clear the excess material around the surface.
• In case of repairing the crack concrete, place TPI M680 onto the crack with trowel then clear excess materials around the surface. Cure it by spraying with water or covering a damp cloth for 3 hours.
• In case of plugging the anchor bolt holes in concrete, holes’ width must be at least 1 cm. then fill and press cement firmly with trowel and clear excess materials before cement sets.

Instruction of preparation and application

• Clean the substrate surface to until free from all dirt, Oil , chemicals, color stain, dust and any other contaminates which can effect to the bonding adhesive strength of mortar. Before tiling, make sure existing condition of substrate surface is suitable. Otherwise, the wall must firstly be repaired.
• Mix 1 bag (5 kg) TPI M503 (Extra High Bond Adhesive Mortar) with 0.9 – 1 liter of clean water until the mixture is homogenous. Apply the mixture a 5 mm. thick layer on the required surface. Then use a notched trowel at 45 degree angle to comb the mixture from the surface and drag it to create ridges and grooves.
• Lay tiles onto the substrate then press or use the rubber hammer to tap each tile firmly.
• Align the tiles as required and clean excess adhesive from tiles and joints before it sets.

Product characteristics

TPI M501 is high bond adhesive mortar for floor and wall applications for both outdoor and indoor. It can be applied for large tile, fiber board, wood flooring and parquet. It performs extremely high bond adhesive strength on concrete surface and allows to laying new tiles on the old tiles. During tiles paving, it gives adequate time for tile adjustment. Therefore, M501 is to use and save time and money.

Instruction of preparation and application

1. Clean the substrate surface to be tiling and to ensure that is clean and free from dust, grease, chemical and other contaminates to disturb the adhesive strength of mortar. In case of lay the new tile over old tile, to check and make sure that the old tile is strong enough and if there are not in good condition, it must be repaired with right approach before laying new tiles.

How to use

Surface Preparation

• Clean the surface until the free from dust, oil Chemical and other contaminates to prevent the bonding strength of the adhesion.
• Remove all weak materials from the surface until the surface layer is strong enough.
• Treat the surface with water and let to semi-dry surface before applying with mortar.

Application

• Mix 1 bag (20 kg) of   TPI M651 with 4 liters of clean water until mixture is homogenous.
• Apply on the cleaned surfaced with thin layer of Super Skim Coat hardening M651 and the required thickness is at least 1-3 mm. Or it can repair with plastering the cracks and to attend the roughness in order to make a smooth and more stronger surface.

  HOW TO USE

1. Wall preparation

- In cases where the walls are smooth, Super Skim Coat TPI can be plastered without the need for plastering.
- If the wall is plastered with very rough surface, such as concrete wall, use M100C pre-plastering. Try to smooth the surface evenly. And wait for the plaster to dry completely. So it is plastered with Super Skim Coat TPI.

2. Using
- Mix Super Skim Coat TPI plaster with water using 1 liter bag (20 kg) per 8 liters of water. Without resting the plaster to the water.
- Super Skim Coat TPI plaster with polished steel By thin-walled plastered up the floor one after the plaster. Apply in the same way until the desired thickness (about 1-2 mm).
- Before painting, fine sandpaper can be used to smooth the surface.
