Product Characteristic

M403  ready mixed mortar is suitable for concrete work.

After mixing with recommended ratio with water, it can be used without addition of any other additives and  the concrete work will have compressive strength of minimum 280 KSC.

Instruction for mortar preparation

1. Mix 1 bag (50 kg) of TPI M403 with 7-8 liters of clean water.
2. Mix well until the mixture is homogeneous, and apply according to the common practices for concrete work.
3. In case a special concrete mix with desired properties is required by addition of admixtures, then user can add the additives according to the ratio and procedures given by the manufacturer of the additive.

       Application

Suitable for common small concrete works such as ground leveling, post – lintel, pathway,  car  park, reinforced concrete construction etc.

HOW TO USE

1. Pour the concrete level up to the standard level.
   Note: Suitable for concrete slump 10-15 cm. If slump concrete is less than this, it may be necessary to shake off the water in the M99 powdering process.)
2. Sprinkle the TPI M99 to a full area, then trowel the surface with a triangular trowel to keep the M99 mortar dispersed evenly and smoothly.
3. When the concrete is damp (Take 2-3 hours depending on weather conditions). When the plaster powder sucks the water from the concrete surface until it gets wet. Spin the top with a trowel or polished with a polishing machine. In order for M99 mortar to spread uniformly and smoothly.

Note

TPI M601 is a rapid hardening mortar with high adhesive strength bond. It is suitable for repairing the concrete surface to improve the strength and cracking area of concrete work. HOW TO PREPARE THE USE OF PUTTY.

• Clean the walls to be plastered, free from dust, oil, chemicals or anything that may affect adhesion. Then pour the water to damp. Then let dry.
• Mix 1 M250 (20 kg) of M250 with 2.7 liters of water. Mix well. Leave for 5 minutes and mix again before use.
• Bring the prepared plaster with polished steel trowel. By layer 5 mm each layer when the first dry. Then plaster the next layer to a thickness of about 10 mm when the plaster is dry, scrub it by the conventional polishing method.

HOW TO PREPARE CONCRETE

• Mix 1 liter of M250 (20 kg) with 1/2 ""- 3/4"" stone and 3 liters of water to mix well. Leave it for about 5 minutes and mix again before use.
