HOW TO PREPARE THE SKIN AND USE

1. Surface preparation: Clean the surface to be grout. By removing dirt, stains, oil, dust, and anything that affects adhesion.
2. Mixing: mix cement mortar with mortar ratio of 1 kg per 0.3 liters of water, then mix the mixture into homogeneous. Do not leave the lumps that are not into the water.
3. Grout: make grout according to the general method.

Instruction of preparation and application surface preparation

Before grouting, clean the surface and joint until free from dirt, oil, water, dust and any particles and contaminates which can effect to the bond adhesion.

Mixing

Mix 1 kg of TPI M550 with 0.3 liters of clean water until the  mixture is homogenous.

Grouting

Fill the mixture between the tiles joint by using with rubber trowel to swipe and diagonally to be smooth, Wait until it is almost dried then clean off the excess grout on the tile surface.

Typical Data

Approximately usage 5 m² per 1 kg and the recommended joint width is 1-6 mm.

Suitable for Grouting on Gaps between tiles with more High Adhesive, Less Crack and Anti Fungus.

HOW TO USE

- Surface preparation

1. Scrub the surface to be painted smooth, no dust, oil, chemicals or anything that may affect adhesion. And no skin is unhealthy.
2. In case of surface cracking, repair as follows.
   - If there is a small cracks with a width of not more than 1 centimeter should be repaired with Polyurethane Injection.
   - If a large cracks with a width of more than 1 centimeter should be extended to widen the groove. Then repair with Mortar Rapid Hardening Mortar (M601).
3. Then clean the floor. Then super Skim Coat Hardening (M651) is applied to enhance the surface strength.
4. Wait until the M651 is completely dry and smooth the surface.
5. The surface to be applied must be completely dry. Surface moisture content must not be more than 4% RH.
6. Primed with NP301P Primer Use a brush or roller to make a one off, then let it dry completely.
   

   Warning

• Part A: Part B homogeneous mixing process is very important. If mixed well, the resulting film will not stick to the surface.
• The surface to be painted must be completely dry. Because the moisture will swell, swell, and slip easily.
